Experienced leaders need fresh challenges to keep growing. Darren Pratley’s Advanced Leaders Program follows a proven leadership model across four core topics: Creating a Vision, Building Alignment, Execution, and Review & Reset. Delivered over five days across seven months, it challenges participants to strengthen their leadership through practical application. At each session, every participant delivers a seven-minute presentation showcasing a project they’re implementing, the leadership work completed and lessons learned in their business environment.
