About the program

Leadership grows when people put it into practice. Darren Pratley’s Emerging Leaders Program develops tomorrow’s leaders through five days of learning across seven months. Built around eight leadership principles, it helps participants understand themselves, set direction, embrace change, recognise team capacity, build positive attitudes, develop others, create accountability and communicate clearly. Between sessions, participants apply their learning through projects and leadership activities in their own workplaces. The final session brings that progress to life, with each attendee presenting their work, lessons and achievements.
