Across 10 live online modules, you’ll work on the essentials: prospecting, building connections, marketing yourself, managing the sales process, negotiation and planning a productive working week. Your Fast-Track workbook, tools, templates and implementation activities help you take each topic straight into your daily work. You’ll also learn alongside other new agents, with opportunities to ask questions and work through challenges.

The support continues beyond each session, with personal follow-up and coaching check-ins from Kim-Maree to help you put your learning into practice and stay accountable. The program works alongside your office training, giving agents consistent support and managers valuable coaching time back.
